Time Management

  • To recorde employee times in mySAP ERP HCM Time Management, such as hours worked, business trips, leave, or substitutions, you can use a variety of systemsmand methods, such as : 
1. Online by time administrators
2. Separate time recording systems
3. Cross-Application Time Sheet (CATS)
4. Employee Self-Service (ESS) applications
5. Customer systems with an interface to the SAP System


  • Time data, asuch as listed above, is stored in infotypes. A personnel or time administrator records this data in various ways : 


1. Time Manager's Workplace (TMW) : Administer data for a group of employees.
2. Maintain individual infotypes : Record and change data through infotype screens
3. Fast entry : Enter data for one infotype for multiple employess simultaneosly

  • This interface is specifically  designed to meet the needs of time administrators in decentralized departments
  • This abbreviation is derived from Cross Application Time Sheet, which refers to a time data recording template that overlaps applications.
